Year 9 SET Plan meetings 

Thank you to all the families who have completed the SET Plan form and had, or have booked, a SET Plan appointment. We really appreciate your support and effort on behalf of your students.

There are still a lot of families who are yet to participate in this process, The SET Plan process is a compulsory component of a student’s school and post school planning.

Bookings close on the 17th of September 2025.’

At this appointment we go over what Year 10 - 12 looks like at ACC, requirements of the QCE & ATAR and confirm the subject choices.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, PLEASE COMPLETE THE SET PLAN FORM, AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

If the SET Plan is not completed and submitted your student will be at risk of starting the 2025 school year with NO school subjects, thus compromising your students enrolment with ACC-Moreton

Year 12 QTAC open

QTAC opened at the beginning of August for University applications for 2026. QTAC Choose the Future - how to apply has all the information you need to see if you are eligible, how to meet prerequisites, submitting documents, preferences, trouble shooting and more. 

Year 10 Core Science

Core Science concludes for Year 10 at the end of Term 3. 

Please complete the  Core Science Subject Replacement Form. This needs to be completed by Friday 22nd August.

Who needs to complete this form?

If the intention is to LEAVE AT THE END OF YEAR 10 you need to complete this form - you will not need to replace Core Science. (Please indicate the intended Term of exit on the form).

If the intention is to ENROL INTO A CERTIFICATE COURSE IN 2026 you will need to nominate a replacement subject, which can then be removed on confirmation of enrolment into the Certificate course.

If you HAVE ENROLLED INTO A CERTIFICATE COURSE and this was pre-approved by the school to replace Core Science - you need to complete this form - (you will not need to choose a subject to replace Core Science)

If none of the above, then you NEED TO MEET THE SCHOOL'S SIX SUBJECT EXPECTATION and to meet the QCE/ATAR eligibility requirements - you need to complete this form - you need to choose another subject to be included on the student's SET Plan.

 IF NO SELECTION IS MADE, A RANDOM APPLIED SUBJECT WILL BE SELECTED ON YOUR STUDENT'S BEHALF.
